EviGroup launched the eviGroup Pad back in October, and now it has come back with an improved version, dubbed the Paddle. Powered a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, the most obvious improvement would be the inclusion of multi-touch, as well as inclusion of a SSD. Aside from that, other features include a new software layer called Scale, which will be running on top of Windows 7 and should help you organize and view your documents much better, as well as an optional Wi-Fi antenna. It should be available around April to June for 699 Euros, and should provide some stiff competition to the Archos 9.
