For those who are worried that the extremely portable Lenovo U1 Hybrid and Skylight devices might not see the light of day, rest easy. Lenovo representatives did mention that both devices will be released in due time, although there is still no exact date set yet. It seems that the hardware has remained the same, but the custom Linux OS for the Skylight has been ditched in favour of Google’s Android. While we have absolutely no idea on the pricing and availability details, you can be sure that we will cover news on either device’s release when it breaks, so stay tuned.
