If you’re wondering if this Resonance iPod Speaker Docking Station looks familiar, you’re probably right. But as they say, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. To be fair, this speaker does stand out a bit from the crowd as it uses resonance to transmit the sound from your iPod (or iPhone) through a hard surface such as a wooden tablet, or marble floor. It’s also beefed by the inclusion of an audio amplifier, though it’ll be interesting to see what kind of audio quality will be churned out by this device. It also offers a 3.5mm line-in jack, allowing you to hook up non-Apple audio devices. Do you think $42 is worth it for such a quirky product?
